1. Seller Identity
All products sold through peptidesuk.healthcare are sold by and on behalf of Elara Healthcare Limited. By placing an order, you enter into a contract of sale directly with Elara Healthcare Limited.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or any application outside controlled laboratory settings. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use the products accordingly.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By using this website you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders and request proof of age or research credentials at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on line-item quantities.
5. Orders and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping
We dispatch from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 working days for standard UK delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (perishable research compounds), returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with photographic evidence and your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
8. Limitation of Liability
PeptidesUK Healthcare and Elara Healthcare Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products outside their intended research purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of Elara Healthcare Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
