Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external product branding. Peptides are shipped with appropriate cold-chain considerations where required. Each order includes a packing slip with order reference details.
Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been collected by the courier. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the UK, please contact us to discuss options.
Delays and Issues
Whilst we aim to meet all quoted delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
